Healthy cookies recipe

Crunchy chocolate chip cookies:

4 packets chocolate chip cookie mix
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
8 tablespoons water

Mix together. Scoop into 8 cookies on parchment paper. Flatten with wet fingertips. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Makes 4 fuelings plus 1 condiment each.

Crispy Oatmeal Cookies:

2 packets oatmeal (I used maple brown sugar)
2 oatmeal cranberry bars
4 tablespoons water

Put bars on a plate and microwave microwave 20 second to soften. Break apart bars with a fork. Mix together all ingredients. Scoop into 8 cookies on parchment paper. Flatten with wet fingertips. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Makes 4 fuelings.

Chewy peanut butter crunch cookies:

2 packets peanut butter shake mix
2 Crispy peanut butter bars
4 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

2 Mint chocolate bars
4 tablespoons water
