Garlic Butter Eggs With Andoullie Sausage

Ingredients:

* 1 dozen boiled eggs
* 1 package Andouille sausage, pre-cooked and sliced
Garlic Butter Sauce:
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 3 teaspoons minced garlic
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* 1/2 cup chicken bone broth
* 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
* In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
* Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
* Pour in the chicken bone broth and lemon juice. Stir well.
* Add the Old Bay seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
* Allow the sauce to simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and set aside.
