This is Delish Keto friendly Chocolate chip cookie dough, made in 5 mins with my Dash, looks like a waffle, and tastes like a warm, gooey, full of delicious chocolate morsels cookie????

•2 large eggs

•1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter

•2 tbsp. heavy cream

•2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

•2 3/4 c. almond flour

•1/4 tsp. kosher salt

•1/4 c. keto-friendly granulated sugar (such as Swerve, or I use Monkfruit)

•3/4 c. dark chocolate chips (such as Bake Believe (found at Walmart, and half the price of Lily’s, and 3 flavors, semi sweet, dark chocolate and white chocolate)or Lily’s Chocolate Morsels.

•Olive oil Cooking spray

1. Preheat the oven to 350°.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the butter, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir in the almond flour, salt, and Swerve.

3. Fold the chocolate chips into the cookie batter. Form the batter into 1″ balls and arrange 3″ apart on parchment lined baking sheets. Flatten the balls with the bottom of a glass that has been lightly greased with cooking spray.
Bake until the cookies are golden, about 17 to 19 minutes

The carb content, 6.7g is a total count, not net. It includes the sugar alcohols and fiber that have no glycemic impact and thus are not counted. It is 1g net carb per cookie. So you could have several of them without affecting your ketogenic state.

Makes approx 16 cookies, I turned one of the cookies into a Chaffle, as you see in picture.
