Slimming World Fruit Salad

Indulge in a refreshing and guilt-free Slimming World fruit salad bursting with a colorful medley of fruits and a zesty citrus dressing.

INGREDIENTS

  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Tangerines
  • Green grapes
  • Black grapes
  • Melon
  • Mango (optional)
  • 2 lemons for the citrus-infused dressing
  • Filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash and prepare the fruit. Peel and core the apples and pears, peel the tangerines, and remove any seeds or pits from the grapes and melon.
  • Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large container with a lid.
  • If using mango, peel and dice it, and add it to the container.
  • Squeeze the juice of two lemons over the fruit.
  • Top up the container with filtered water until the fruit is fully submerged.
  • Stir gently to combine the fruit and lemon juice.
  • Seal the container with the lid and refrigerate.
  • Allow the fruit salad to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight to enhance the flavors.
  • Serve the fruit salad with Greek yogurt or enjoy it on its own.

NOTES

The quantities of each fruit may vary based on personal preference. Feel free to adjust the proportions according to your taste. The addition of mango is optional, as mentioned by the original poster.
