FAQs:
- Can I use regular gelatin?
- While this recipe specifically uses sugar-free gelatin for a low-calorie option, you can use regular gelatin. However, be mindful of the added sugar content.
- Can I make this in advance?
- Yes, you can make the yogurt fluff ahead of time. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Can I use a mixer instead of a blender?

Tips & Tricks:
- For extra fluffiness: Use an ice bath to quickly chill the gelatin mixture before adding the yogurt.

- Add a touch of sweetness: If you prefer a slightly sweeter flavor, add a small amount of sugar-free sweetener to the yogurt before blending.
Recipe Notes
Any flavor of sugar free gelatin will work. Our favorites are orange, strawberry and raspberry.Experiment with adding and/or topping your yogurt fluff with different fruit – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, canned pineapple, chopped apples, pears etc.You can use either fat free plain yogurt or fat free plain Greek yogurt. You can also substitute cottage cheese for the yogurt if you prefer. The directions suggest making your fluff in the blender. If you prefer you could use a wire whisk and bowl or electric mixer instead.
