Easy Air Fryer Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 oz mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or smashed into a paste
- ⅓ tsp garlic powder
- ⅓ tsp ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt (adjust to taste)
- Optional: fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep garlic: Mince garlic, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and smash into a paste using the back of a spoon.
- Season mushrooms: In a large bowl, add mushrooms, melted butter, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic paste, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Toss until well coated.
- Preheat air fryer: Set to 385°F (196°C).
- Cook: Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve: Remove, let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy.
