  • 3 oz Shaved Black Forest Ham
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Butter one side of each of the pieces of bread with the butter.
  • Place one piece of bread on the grill. Top the bread with a slice of cheese and layer the ham on top. Then place the remaining slice of cheese on top of the ham and top with the 2nd piece of bread (butter side out).
  • Heat the sandwich for 3-5 minutes until the bottom piece of bread is golden brown. Flip and cook the opposite side sandwich for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the sandwich to a plate. Let the sandwich rest for for a few minutes so that the cheese is not too hot. Cut in half and enjoy!

You can easily make this sandwich with your favorite type of bread or cheese. Sour Dough and American Cheese is also delicious in this easy ham and cheese sandwich recipe.
