Ingredients:
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken condensed soup
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- ½ cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
- 5 Kroger jumbo junior biscuits
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed soup, fat-free sour cream, and shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add Chicken and Vegetables: Add the shredded cooked chicken breast, frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn), and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir again to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
- Prepare Biscuits: Cut each of the Kroger jumbo junior biscuits into 8 smaller pieces.
- Combine Biscuits and Soup Mixture: Add the biscuit pieces to the soup mixture in the bowl. Stir gently to coat the biscuit pieces with the soup mixture.
- Prepare Casserole Dish: Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Pour Mixture into Dish: Pour the entire soup and biscuit mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
