Ingredients

160g plain whole rolled porridge oats

800g fat-free natural yogurt
- For peach melba flavor:

300g fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, a few slices chopped into smaller pieces

Fresh raspberries, some extra chopped or sliced fresh peach and fat-free natural fromage frais, to serve

- For banana-berry flavour:

1 banana, diced

1 tsp lemon juice

Fresh blueberries, some extra chopped banana and ground cinnamon, to serve

- For carrot cake flavor:
-
1 small carrot, grated
-
1 ripe pear, diced
-
100g fat-free natural fromage frais
-
100g plain quark
-
2-3 level tsp sweetener granules
-
Extra diced ripe pear and ground cinnamon, to serve

- For hot apple pie flavour:
-
1 tsp mixed spice
-
1 red eating apple, finely diced and sliced

Fat-free natural yogurt and mixed spice, to serve

Ingredients
- Put the porridge oats in a large bowl. Mix the fat-free natural yogurt with 340ml water and add to the bowl.
- Stir it all together, then cover and chill overnight. In the morning, stir, then divide between 4 bowls or glasses and top with your favorite chopped Speed fruit.
- To make peach melba oats: Follow step 1 above, then stir through the peach, cover and chill overnight. The next morning, divide the mixture between 4 bowls or glasses, then top with the raspberries, extra peach, and dollops of fat-free natural fromage frais.
- To make banana-berry oats: Follow step 1 above, then toss the banana with the lemon juice, add to the oats mixture, and stir through. Cover and chill overnight. The next morning, divide the mixture between 4 bowls or glasses, then top with the blueberries, extra banana and a little cinnamon.
- To make carrot cake oats: Follow step 1 above, then stir through the carrot and pear. Cover and chill overnight. The next morning, divide the mixture between 4 bowls or glasses. Mix the fat-free natural fromage frais with the plain quark and sweetener. Divide over the oats. Scatter over the extra pear and sprinkle over a little cinnamon.
- To make hot apple pie oats: Follow step 1 above, then stir through the mixed spice. Cover and chill overnight. The next morning, microwave the oat mixture in a heatproof bowl on high for 1 minute to warm through, then divide between 4 bowls or glasses. Top with the apple, fat-free natural yogurt and a sprinkling of mixed spice.
