Flaky Biscuit Pizza Bites in the Air Fryer

Everyone loves a pizza night for dinner, right? Especially when you’re switching things up with this Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas recipe!

Not a single complaint was heard when I told my family what was for dinner. However, they were a little curious about the whole biscuit concept.

All you need to do is grab a tube of jumbo biscuits, roll them out flat, and once cooked, you’ll have a light, flaky pizza crust.

We kept things simple with just pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. But feel free to get as creative as you’d like with the toppings! 🙂

Pizza Ingredients

How to Make Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas

Start by unrolling the tube of jumbo biscuits and flattening them out with a rolling pin.

Next, brush one side with olive oil.

Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket, oil side down, then brush the top side with more olive oil.

My air fryer fit 4 biscuits at a time, so I made them in two separate batches.

Brushing Dough with Olive Oil

To ensure they stay flat instead of puffing up in the center, poke the biscuits with a fork a few times.

Set the air fryer to 370°F for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, flip the biscuits with a spatula and set the air fryer to 370°F for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Once done, carefully remove the crusts and place them on a cutting board or tray to assemble the pizza toppings.

Be cautious, as the biscuits will be hot—let them cool for a minute if needed.

I also rolled mine a bit more flat with the rolling pin.

Biscuit in Air Fryer Before Pizza Toppings

Spread a little pizza sauce, add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, and top with pepperoni.

I cut my pepperoni into smaller pieces since I didn’t have mini pepperoni on hand.

Sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning for an extra burst of flavor. 🙂

Adding the Sauce and Pizza Toppings

Pop the pizzas back into the air fryer at 370°F for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Check after a minute to make sure no toppings have blown off during cooking.

I lost just one pepperoni but simply placed it back where it belonged.
