When it comes to weeknight dinners, the air fryer is a go-to appliance. This time-saving tool can help you create a delicious and healthy meal in minutes. This pepper steak recipe is a perfect example.
- 1 large bell pepper red
- 1 large bell pepper green
- 1 large bell pepper yellow
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 1 pound flank steak cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Start by slicing your meat, against the grain, on a large cutting board
Add all of your meat, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper to a large plastic bag,
