  • 2 cups 5% greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low carb chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon lakanto maple flavored syrup
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • ¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon whipping cream for topping optional ingredient


  • Mix all ingredients (excluding chocolate chips and coconut oil) in a large bowl, using a whisk for thorough blending.2 cups 5% greek yogurt,½ cup low carb chocolate protein powder,2 tablespoon lakanto maple flavored syrup,1 teaspoon espresso powder

  • Whisk the cooled chocolate chip and coconut oil mixture into the large bowl, ensuring even incorporation with other ingredients.
  • Transfer the combined mixture into individual serving portions or containers.
  • Refrigerate portions for at least 1 hour to set the mousse to the desired consistency.
