Cheesy Air Fryer Quesadilla Triangles (Easy & Crispy)

Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas (medium or large)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
(cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a Mexican blend) - 1 tbsp butter or oil spray
- Optional add-ins:
- Cooked chicken or beef (finely chopped)
- Sautéed onions & bell peppers
- Jalapeños
- Taco seasoning or chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
- Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese evenly over half of it.
- Add any optional fillings (don’t overfill).
- Fold tortilla in half to make a semicircle.
- Lightly brush or spray both sides with butter or oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 3 minutes, flip, then cook 2–3 more minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool for 1 minute.
- Cut into triangles using a pizza cutter or knife.
Pro Tips
- Don’t overload with cheese—too much = messy
- For extra crispiness, spray oil instead of brushing butter.
- Use parchment paper with holes if your tortilla is flying around.
