This recipe was inspired by a pistachio ice cream smoothie maker demonstration. This has been adapted to use core plan approved ingredients, and added protein for extra nutritional value. You won’t believe how delicious this is!
- 1 ½ cup coconut milk full fat
- ½ cup organic spinach (or more)
- ⅔ cup shelled pistachios
- ½ avocado
- 2–3 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein Chocolate or Vanilla
- 2 cup ice
- More stevia to taste
Blend everything together using the plunger.
This can be eaten with a straw or spoon, with a pistachio garnish.
